In my previous article, I mentioned quite a number of steps one could take towards the coming year in order to make it a successful and rewarding one. And there are other things I'd also want to share with you in that aspect. The year is gradually drawing to a close and soon a new year will come knocking at your door again. It would make sense to prepare for its coming so you won't be caught unawares. If 2017 didn't go well for you, now is the time to count your losses and move on. Don't wait for the new year to do that, it could lower your morale by 80%.  If it went just as you planned, kudos! Vision is a very important factor in a man's life. Everyone needs to have a vision in order to succeed but then we must not think that success only necessarily means having money. There are certain steps to making your vision clear and achievable. Some people I guess already know about the SMART goal system i.e   S =specific and expressed in numbers, M =measurable.set milestones that will help you track it so you'll know when you've achieved a goal. A =agreed upon with your team mates (if a team exists), R =realistic,relevant and achievable, T =time-bound and must have a deadline.
