Looking good is good business, I for one like to look good but I don't derive my identity from looking good and you shouldn't too. Oh the mascara's quite befitting and I love the way the eye shadow lights up the face but you better be lighting up the walls of your heart cause the true beauty lies within. The content in this context is more important than the container...meaning take care of the inside more than the outside. What defines a complete woman is not what she wears or the hair she makes,its the aura and beauty she exudes from within. I'd rather be beautiful on the inside because that's what  counts,that's the one that lasts. The woman that leads is the one within.

President Mohammadu Buhari  on today Wednesday the 21st October appointed Professor Mahmood Yakubu as the new chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.  Yakubu who is taking over from the Acting Chairman of the Commission, Mrs. Bala Zakari was the former Executive Secretary of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund, TETFUND. The president also appointed other five national commissioners including Zakari. The appointments followed an approval by the National Council of State which had an emergency meeting, being the first under president Buhari, at the presidential Villa, Abuja. Vision is a very important factor in a man's life. Everyone needs to have a vision in order to succeed but then we must not think that success only necessarily means having money. There are certain steps to making your vision clear and achievable. Some people I guess already know about the SMART goal system i.e   S =specific and expressed in numbers, M =measurable.set milestones that will help you track it so you'll know when you've achieved a goal. A =agreed upon with your team mates (if a team exists), R =realistic,relevant and achievable, T =time-bound and must have a deadline. Here I'd like to introduce SMART(ER) ;the  E=ethical.your goals must have moral standing and values,no compromising.
